← Healthy Eating Guide

Whole30 is a 30-day elimination protocol — not a diet — designed to reset your relationship with food by removing the most common inflammatory and problematic food groups, then reintroducing them one at a time to identify which ones affect you personally. The rules are strict because the protocol only works as a complete elimination.

✅ Whole30 Approved — Eat These

❌ Not Allowed on Whole30

⚠️ Watch these hidden non-compliant ingredients: Soy lecithin (in chocolate and many packaged foods), carrageenan (in nut milks and canned coconut milk), sugar in cured meats and bacon (most bacon has sugar — find whole30-compliant brands), and "natural flavors" which may include soy or dairy derivatives. Reading every ingredient label is non-negotiable on Whole30.

Stock up on: eggs (lots), compliant bacon, canned fish (tuna, salmon, sardines), coconut aminos, ghee, canned coconut milk (compliant brand), sweet potatoes, and a good supply of vegetables. The first week is the hardest — having the right food on hand is essential.
