How do I add items to my pantry?

Tap the "+" button on the Home tab. You can scan a barcode, scan a receipt, take a photo, or add items manually. Our AI-powered scanner makes it quick and easy.

How do expiration alerts work?

Eatvora uses color-coded urgency levels: red for expired, orange for expiring soon (1-2 days), yellow for coming up (3-7 days), and green for safe items. You'll receive push notifications before items expire.

Is my data private?

Yes! Most of your data is stored locally on your device. We don't require account creation for core features, and we never sell your personal information. See our Privacy Policy for details.

What's included in the free version?

The free version includes pantry tracking (up to 50 items), shopping lists, meal planning, chore management, barcode scanning, and basic expiration alerts.

How does AI recipe generation work?

Premium and Plus subscribers can tap "Suggest Recipe" to get personalized recipes based on what's in your pantry. Eatvora prioritizes ingredients that are expiring soon to help reduce waste.

Can I share my pantry with family members?

Yes! The Plus plan ($9.99/month) includes Household Sharing for up to 5 family members. Everyone can view and manage the shared pantry, shopping lists, and chores.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android). Go to your device's subscription settings to modify or cancel your plan.

Does the app work offline?

Yes! All core features (pantry tracking, shopping lists, meal planning, chore management) work without an internet connection. AI features require connectivity.
