By downloading, installing, or using Eatvora ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Eatvora is a mobile application designed to help users manage household groceries, plan meals, track chores, and reduce food waste. The App provides features including pantry tracking, shopping lists, AI-powered recipe suggestions, and expiration date monitoring.

3. User Accounts

Core features of Eatvora do not require account creation. Data is stored locally on your device. Optional premium features may require subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Eatvora offers Free, Premium ($4.99/month), and Plus ($9.99/month) subscription tiers.
Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Free trials, if offered, automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.
Subscription management and cancellation are handled through your device's app store settings.
Refund requests should be directed to the respective app store.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
Use automated systems or bots to access the App

6. AI-Generated Content

Eatvora uses AI (Google Gemini) to generate recipe suggestions, shopping tips, and other content. This content is provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content. Always use your own judgment regarding food safety and dietary needs.

7. Food Safety Disclaimer

Eatvora provides expiration date tracking and food management tools as a convenience. The App is not a substitute for proper food safety practices. Always inspect food items visually and by smell before consumption, regardless of dates displayed in the App. We are not responsible for foodborne illness or any health issues resulting from consuming food tracked in the App.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Eatvora and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eatvora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
